Hey there! I think I may be able to help with this. I've run into parts like this a few times in the past. I can tell you right now that we won't be able to replace the whole kerf. We've never been able to find a good match for it. I think it's one of those things that can only be acquired from the door manufacturer, which is probably why you've had such trouble finding it.

We can, however, supply the wool pile that installs on it. Looking at your photos, that may be the only part that needs replacing. Your pile seems very worn down.

If you can't find anything in the size you need, please let me know what your width and height are and we can try to find a good match.
