Kerf Window Weather Stripping

Top, Bottom and side views attached.
Plastic stripping is brittle and cracking. The soft rubber fin is getting hard and falling apart. We live in the high desert. Intense UV Rays and dry.
What do you recommend? I have a lot of windows ....

I'm afraid I do not recognize the seal from the photos provided. May I see a photo of the end profile? I'll need to see its shape to identify the correct replacement.

Thanks for the additional photos. We do not have an exact replacement for this seal but take a look over the 58-053, 58-055, and 58-200. We've recommended these as replacements in the past, so I do believe they are worth considering but I cannot make any guarantees.

Once customer (here) did confirm that the 58-053 did work.
