Kerf mount bubble seal 5/16

Hi,
I would like to know if the seal 58-053 is mildew resistant. If not, could you suggest a compatible coating/product to be applied on the product for that purpose (to be used in bath room)? Thank you.

As long as you keep it clean periodically, there should not be any mildew. You could try silicone spray on the bubble when you install it, that could help.
