Kerf seal for wood windows

Hi there,
I am trying to find replacement seal for our windows. Attached are the dimensions of the existing foam seal along with the window and sill. Color is beige/pebblestone. Thanks! -Ian

We don't sell this exact seal, but the design is strikingly similar to our 58-055. Ours is hollow, not foam-filled, but that shouldn't matter. They both do the same job.
