Kerf style casement window weather stripping

The part is a kerf style vinyl weather stripping, I am looking for the exact replacement parts and am having difficulty doing so.
The piece has 2 flap or hinged areas. When fully extended, it measures 11/16 " wide, when closed it measures 1/2 ". Help??

Thanks for posting. See either our 58-173 or 58-181. I think they are the closest we have to your old seal. Compare their dimensions to your old seal, and see if you think either could work for you.
