Kerf weatherstrip for Crestline window

I am looking for a replacement for a kerf weatherstrip that goes on the bottom rail of a crestline double hung window. Look for the part in tan/beige color

Hey there. Start by looking at the 58-201, which looks very similar. See if you think this foam seal could work for you.
