Kerf weatherstrip in crank out casement

We do not have a direct replacement for the kerf mount seal you have but we have a few options that may be worth considering. 

That said, I would suggest starting with the 58-053 Kerf Mount Bubble Seal and 58-055 9/32" Bubble Seal With Angled Base. We have found that most casement windows use a seal similar to these styles, so I have confidence that they could work for your repairs.

Another option is the 58-200 Kerf Mount Sweep Seal but I have less confidence this might be a fit due to the difference in the kerf style and the thickness of the material.
