Key Lock for Patio Door Handle Set

Works from inside but we don't have any keys.  Would like to have new cylinder or entire door handle

Thanks for posting. Your handle set looks like our 82-009A. You can adapt the 82-310 Key Lock cylinder to the outside pull. It goes where you have already removed the punchout hole. Let me know if you have any other questions.
