Key Lock model 82-315

Question

While installing the lock I snapped off the adjustable locking rod two marks too short. Any ideas on how I can fix that problem?

Unfortunately, if you cut a key cylinder tail too short, there isn't much you can do about it. You will need a new one entirely.
