Needs help identifying the correct key cylinder/ strike plate.
Dimensions. 80 1/2 inches height
Width. 31 1/2 inches
Depth 1 3/4 inches
Key cylinder doesn't fit.

Thanks for posting. The key cylinder in your photo looks like our 40-129. Could this be what you're looking for? Look over our dimensions and let me know if you agree.
Alternate image for 40-129
As for the strike plate, see if you could mount something like our 40-197 to the frame of your door. This should be compatible to your original mortise lock.

The original mortise set is broken. I've replace it with one from your company. Sorry I don't have the model number at hand

I'm not sure I understand. I thought you were looking for a key lock. Can you elaborate? Will our 40-129 work for you? You mentioned you bought a mortise lock from us, but I'm not sure what your question is. Did it break in any way?
