Key cylinder lock with keys

Question

Looking for a replacement key cylinder for this older sliding door handle. 3 15/16" screw hole and aprox 1 1/8" door thickness. Aprox 7/16" diameter for the cylinder.

Hello,

Your handle resembles the 82-003 with the same 3-15/16" hole spacing. Though it does not come with a key lock, it is compatible with the 82-306 keyed exterior pull. We also offer the 82-310 key lock that it uses separately. Review the specifications of these parts and see what you think. Thank you!
