Key for Patio Door Handle

I need the handles with key to go with this . It was not with door when I purchased

Unfortunately since the original hardware is missing, we cannot guarantee a direct fit. If the door has 3-15/16" installation holes from center to center, please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 82-030. This handle set can be adapted with the 82-310 key lock (sold separately) for exterior keyed access.
