Key lock add on or handle replacement

Question

Looking to either replace this handle to a key lock one or if there is a way to add on to the handle that I already have.  I don't know where to start or what I am looking at.

Hello! We sell the 82-315, which I believe can work on your old handle set. However, your style is admittedly not familiar to me and I cannot guarantee that it will work.

A more confident recommendation would be a complete new 82-086 lockset. I feel pretty sure that this will work on your door, if you were willing to go for the whole set.
