Key lock handle for patio door

A home owner from Cleveland Ohio says:
Looking to replace patio door handle with one that has key lock. Handle holes centers measure 4" but probably 3 15/16. Mortise holes measure 3 5/8. Any help in identifying parts needed to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated. Handle top to bottom is about 6 1/4". Thank you.

I believe you can use our 82-086 to replace your old handle set. Just note that the thumb lever is in the lower most position and cannot be adjusted. I think yours is in the lower position, too, but it could also just be a trick of the angle. Just something to consider.

A home owner from Cleveland Ohio says:
Thanks. Not sure what you mean "thumb lever is in the lower most position and cannot be adjusted." Additional photos show lever down is locked position and up is unlocked.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Sorry for not clarifying. Basically, patio door handles like yours have three positions for the thumb lever: upper (closer to the top screw), centered, and lower (closer to the bottom screw). Your thumb lever can be adjusted to be in any of these positions so it's not a big deal.

However, the thumb lever is fixed on the 82-086. It can only be in the lower position. Yours appears to be in that position, but you should double check to be sure.
