Keyed Patio Door Replacement Parts

Question

Can you please let me know what is necessary to repair this patio door handle or whether a replacement is needed?

After watching videos on your site I'm discovering that I may only need to replace the latch which was the primary issue. Also this handle only has 3 holes in the door and not 4 like the example I was able to find on your site.

Markings noted inside the handle include patent information and these details: Sash Controls Ferndale, MI 23650 Taiwan

Hello! We do sell the 82-107 latch, which will definitely work for your handle set, but it is only made in white. We are not able to supply it in a metallic finish like you show here.

Other than that, the next best thing would be to replace the whole setup with our 82-030 handle set and 82-310 key lock (sold separately).

Regardless of which path you follow, either solution will work perfectly fine on your door.
