Keyed Sliding Door Handle

I am looking to replace a sliding door handle with a keyed version.

Is this something you can supply?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can certainly help with this. We don't sell your exact handle set but our 82-086 would be my pick. This measures 3-15/16" on installation hole centers and is also keyed. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.

This is in regards to reference D287462. I shortened the tail another notch on the outside lock and it solved the issue I was having with the lock being difficult to turn with the key.
