Keyed lock

Hello, I am looking to replace this handle with a keyed handle. This holes for mounting have a 3 15/16" spacing. I hope you can help. Thanks

Hello there. Based on the mortise lock and hole spacing, I think our 82-030A keyed handle set can work as a replacement. This has the thumb lever centered perfectly between the mounting holes. Take a look and let me know what you think.
