Keyed lock for Milguard sliding glass door

Will this keyed set work on my Mikguard sliding glass door? See pictures. The distance between the two screws on the side looks to be 4-15/16"

Hello, Bill. I do think the 82-081 will repair your door, yes. This is a more modern version of the older style set you have now.

I have a similar Milgard slider and want to get the 82-081 keyed mortise style handle set. Can I use my Double hook mortise lock and multipoint striker with the 82-081?

I'm not sure. Can you show me a picture of the mortise you have now? The 82-081 isn't compatible with everything, so I really should take a look at yours before I say anything for sure.
