Looking to see if there is an exterior keyed option for this lock

Check out the 82-081. It's similar to what you have now just with a keyed style. It measures 4-15/16" on installation hole centers, so make sure this matches up with your current hardware.

Hi! Don't know what brand patio door mine is, but do you think KEYED MORTISE STYLE HANDLE SET, 4-15/16"
Product Code: 82-081 will be compatible and work to replace this non-keyed handle? We need a lock on this sliding door.
