Keyed sliding door handle and lock

Question

The height of the whole unit is approximately 9 inches, the screw holes are approximately 4 inches apart. I'm sorry but I don't know the brand of the door, it's around 18 years old. Please let me know if you can identify that unit and if you have anything that will replace it, thank you.

Hello, thanks for posting! Unfortunately we do not have an exact replacement for your handle set. If you are able to reuse your exterior handle, you may be able to accompany it with the interior handle from our 82-082 set. Compare its dimensions to yours, particularly the hole spacing, to see if this might work.
