Thanks for writing in! Your patio handle set reminds me of the 82-002 Sliding Door Handle Set. Take a look over the specifications and compare them to confirm that this style will work for your repair.

You'll need either the 89-003 or the 89-018 to replace your keeper. If you are in need of door pulls, the available options are the 88-002 and 88-009.
