Keylock center dimension

My existing handle set has 3-15/16 centers and the slot for the key lock tailpiece is 1-3/16" above the lower hole of the 3-15/16" centers.
The wood door is 1-3/4" thick
Can you confirm the dimensions and will this fit my application?

I'm afraid I can't confirm is the 82-086 can work for you. To do that, I will need to see a photo of the handle set you're using now. That will tell me for sure.
