Keystone window part

Question

Hi, there is no brand on my window (50" W x 60" H), but something referring to "Keystone", and model 1000SH about glass, etc. I need this part/spring and 2 white plastic pieces. All that is stamped on the spring is 28F. Please let me know if you have, or can help me.

Hello Diane. Thank you for contacting us. Take a look at our Series 380 and Series 385 channel balances. You will notice that they have different shoe sizes. Review the diagrams below balance shoe 15-004 with the Series 380 and Series 385 shoes side by side. The white pieces you are referring to are known as top sash guides. We recommend that you take a look at our 18-180. Let us know if you have more questions.
