I would like to know if it's possible to use one of your double wheel (tandem) glass door rollers?
Wheel is jammed, making it difficult to slide door.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your patio door roller looks like it can be replaced with our 81-015N Patio Roller Assembly. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, carefully review and compare the dimensions.
It is slightly different in design but I do believe it could still work.
