The existing channel balance does not have a number stamped on it. Print info say " 29 3 HR CALDWELL" ? Does this relate to a specific replacement part. Sash weight around 32 lbs. Also have smaller Kinco window with 18" lower sash, with around 16" channel balance. Do you have that replacement part? Need arourd 8 of the 30 ",and 4 of the 16" balances.

The "29 3" print you are referring to correlates with the strength of the spring & sash weight. To be sure that we recommend the correct part, could you please take some photos of the balances that you are looking to replace? Be sure to include the nylon attachments on either end of the metal channel.
