Kinco TW-1 window exterior plastic trim warped

Question

Hello, I have some Kinco (manufacturer code KC-1) TW-1 HP windows, also marked with AAMA 101-93, rated DH-R50. The exterior plastic trim pieces that surround the lower sash glass on the outside, and the inner upper sash glass on the inside. It is nominally a 90 or so degree l-shaped angled channel piece that fills the gap between the window glass and the metal frame. (see pictures). The trim pieces have been warped almost completely out of shape by sun and weather. The profile of the plastic pieces appears to be the same for both the top and the sides. It looks like cut-to fit for length and press-fit into the channels. The color of the items is a dark chocolate brown, (called bronze for some reason).

I guess if you can't find the trim pieces I could perhaps fill that entire gap with commercial building window sealant and level it out to look the same?

Unfortunately, this glazing bead has been discontinued and we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
