I don't recognize this pivot bar at first glance but I'm going to have one of our senior experts take a look and see if they could recommend a replacement for you. 

If you need replacement balances and pivot shoes as well, we'll need to see them removed from the window to compare your parts to our inventory. Thank you!

This die cast pivot bar was discontinued by the manufacturer. We suggest our 26-241 as a substitute. We can't make out the pivot shoe because of the corrosion but it could be our 15-208. You can spray WD-40, which should help with the corrosion.
