Question

Channel balance measures 30" metal (not including top and bottom nylon pieces)
Windows manufacturer is Kinco
Do you have a replacement part (please advise if more pictures are needed)

This appears to be either an S380-30 or S385-30 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, as illustrated below. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2940.
