Would you please tell me if you have these balance parts for a old Kinko window? In closed are pictures of the end fittings and the ensemble part I need. The channel is 25 inches long 1/2 inch wide. The stamping on the channel is 2430 AD
B.S.I. It appears to me that the end fittings are 19-002 15-003?

Thanks for posting. Are you sure you have the 15-003? This is not a common combination, and many people confuse the matter. I think it's more likely you have either our 15-001 or 15-002 shoe.
Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two shoes, and that is their depth. See the picture below for detailed dimensions. The Series 351 uses the 15-002 while the Series 390 uses the 15-001. ![]() |

Like I said, that would be our Series 351 channel balance. Check it out and see if you agree.

Received the 351 channel and installed them as per instructions. After installing window and closing it the channels are not engaged and pulled down . They stay in the up position still attached to pop outs . What am I missing?

The balances should catch on your top sash guides after you install them. It's possible they're broken or missing. They should be two plastic pieces attached to both of the sash's top corners. Take a look at our selection of top sash guides to get an idea of what they look like.
