Kinco Channel Balance & Top Sash Guide Repair

A home owner from Florida says:
I have a number of Kinco windows which I believe all need the plastic parts replaced...at a minimum the top sash guides. The windows are various sizes but were all purchased at the same time and the parts look similar w/o removing the various windows.

Assuming they are the same part I need 2 dozen top sash guides.

As well, one of the windows has two broken balances...?. the metal pully is broken where the spring connects. This may be the case with others also.

Is it possible to replace the pully?

If the pully is not replaceable?. I need 2 balances: the metal portion of the balance measures 24" ?? the I.D. of the channel is 1/2' ?.. the stamp on the channel is 2330Y

I need 2 of these balances.....Thank you

Thanks for posting. When individual components in a channel balance break, it is always best to replace the entire balance. See either our S351-24 or S390-24 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2330.

For your Top Sash Guides, take a look at our 18-166. Carefully go over the dimensions and see if this is what you need.
