Kinco Windows cannot open!

Quick Learner from Florida
We have Kinco windows in our home built 9 yrs. ago. I have several windows that cannot open because the little white clip broke from the change in temperatures. A service man had come out before, so I did see him replace the clips before. As a result of the clips breaking, like the silver bar fell out and cannot left window. The (sash) part looks like the white clips I need? Do I measure the window, to determine what size sash? Any suggestions please? HELP

Thanks for posting! I'd be happy to help you, but I may need some visual clarification. If I'm right, it sounds like your Top Sash Guide broke, which caused your Window Balance to come loose, thus preventing you from operating your window properly.

If this is correct, then we should have what you need. We have a few Kinco top sash guides. Take a look at our 18-044 and 18-166 and see if they look anything like this white clip of yours. As for getting the balance back in place, check out our handy tutorial video which shoes just that. This should help give you a better idea of what you can do.
