Kinco channel balance

I am needing to replace the balances in my home. The original manufacturer was Kinco. Windows were installed in 1986. Windows are non-tilting double hung. I think I need 390 series w/ 19-002top & 15001 shoe. Does this match any previous requests for similar window. Thank You.

It is possible that these Kinco windows used the series 390, but I have seen some other variations for Kinco windows. Can you snap a quick picture of the top and bottom of the balance and upload them to this discussion? Also, while you are taking the picture, look for the stamp on the metal channel and measure the length of just the metal channel.
