Looking to replace 2 parts: glazers and a black rubber gasket
Also, may be you have a video how to replace a glass in this type of kinco window

Your insulated glass has gone bad. Depending on how old your windows are, they might still be under warranty. If not, call a local glass shop and have them replace your insulated glass units in the existing vinyl frames.
