Kinco screen tabs

We have a home built by Levitt in 2006. We have Kinco windows and screens. The window screen pull tabs have rusted out and I need to replace them. Cant seem to find the part any where.
I have attached a picture of the tab.
Please let me know if you have this part and if not, where could I get it.
