Do you carry these bushings, slides, guide (not sure what it's called for kinco windows?

Hello! We call this part a face guide, though I've seen other suppliers and manufacturers call them all sorts of things. Face guide is the term we prefer, though. In your case I would look at our 67-026 to start out. It's not specifically made for Kinco windows but I have seen it used on them. Just make sure the design and dimensions all match up to be sure.
