Kinco window Balancer

Question

I have kinco windows. They are tilt out. Installed about 1995. Still good. Several of my balancers have gone out. I believe this one is a caldwell.wd 9747. I can not figure out how to remove the balance. There is a small clip (as in picture) which i remove. The balance slides up and dow but not out. How do you remove and do you have replacement? We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need to see an intact balance fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Specifically, we'll need to know how the top of the metal channel is attached to the window jamb and see the fitting attached to the ent of the pulley cord that attaches to the pivot shoe.
