Kinco window balance replacemaent

A quick learner from Boca Raton Florida 33431 says:
Part 1730 looks like a one time replacement. Cannot find any ID markings on the original Kinco window balance.Overall length is 19" on a 5/8 X 1/2' channel, originally installed on a single hung 36'. I'm looking for 4 replacements.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
1730 is just a stamp option that indicates spring strength. There are many products that could have the "1730" option, so I'm not sure which part you're referring to, exactly. That said, Kinco windows have been known to use our Series 380 channel balance. This comes with our 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom pre-attached. Please carefully compare these parts and measurements to your own hardware to confirm that it's a match.
