Kinco window balance replacement

Question

I spoke to someone in your sales department earlier today about problems with the balances on a Kinco window and was instructed to send photos of the number stamped on the track and the top and bottom of each end. The photos are attached, although the number does not show up well. The number is 29 4 FX CMC 7. Can you please me know the availability and price of the parts?

I believe you have either our S380-30 or S385-30, but it would depend on the size of your bottom shoe. That is the only difference between these two balances.
