Kinco window balances

Question

Hello! I'm in need of replacement balances for three of these windows. I also need them for some other windows (they are bad in every single hung window in the home (approx 9 windows total). I need to grab measurements on the others the next time I'm back.

We'd be happy to help but it looks like part of the problem is that your window is missing the top sash guides used to hold the balance below the sash. We would need to see an intact guide removed from one of your windows to narrow down your replacement options.

If you need new balances as well, we would need to see your balance fully removed from the window. Please make sure to include both end fittings and the stamp code on the metal channel. Thank you!
