We have Kinco windows with this style of support balances and shoe. The balance is 30

We may be able to help replace this balance. Before we begin, can you tell me what number is printed on the metal channel? Can you also tell me how many you need? It may need to be custom made.

As for the shoe, see our 15-105.

2940bsi is what is printed on the balance. I need to check the others to see if they are all the same.
