Kinco window will not stay open

A quick learner says:
I have attached photos from my Kinco window which will not stay open. Do you have these replacement parts.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for posting. See our 18-166 Kinco Top Sash Guide, as well as our 67-026 Face Guide. Carefully compare the dimensions listed on each product page with your old parts, and let us know if you think these could work for you.

You also show your channel balance. If your channel balance shot past your broken Top Sash Guide, it is possible your channel balance is OK and does not need replacing. If you think it needs replacing though, please show the channel balance to us removed from the window, with pictures of both end attachments and any stamped numbers on the metal channel. The length of the metal channel, not including the end attachments, would also be most helpful. Many thanks. See the video below on Top Sash Guides for details.
