I have all Kinco windows in my house and most are "sprung". That is the plastic piece that holds the spring in the sash frame is broken and the spring has flown to the top of each track. What can I do and what do I need to fix them. I have supplied photos to help you see what I am talking about. Thanks for any and all help!

Unfortunately, there's not much left of your top sash guide, and I'm having a bit of trouble making it out. Is there another, unbroken piece in the window that I could see?
In the meantime, please take a look at our 18-044 and 18-166 top sash guides. These are often used for Kinco windows and may work for you. Again, though, I can't be entirely sure.

Check these photos and see if I am right in thinking that the 18-166 is the right one to order.

Looking at that picture, it appears that your top sash guide has a height of 1-1/2", a width of 7/8" and a depth of 1/2", which all match our 18-166 fairly well. I believe that it may be the closest match.
