Kindly assist with ID of my Channel Bal, I think it is 390?

A quick learner from Lakewood Co says:

Kindly assist with ID of my Channel Bal, I think it is 390?

Channel Bal Specs/Info:

Numbers ShownStamped on Balancer: 27C

Length: 27 15/16 In (or 28 In)

Width: 5/8 In (or 9/16, Aka 1/2 In)

Foot Dept: 1 1/8 In?

Note: I was not sure how to measure this, see pics

Window Brand: Alenco (Condo Built in 1985 ish, CO)

Note: Several of the bottom windows with the Balance have broken strings and are generally shot. I will order 3-4 after I get a proper identification.

Can I ask:

How much are these channel balancers (for one)?

Should you replace both sides in one window (or can you just replace 1 side if the other is ok)?

How long does it take to get (normal shipping)?

Note: My condo assoc. lead guy will be telling folks I know about your company/how to ID and order these so after I order and install you should get a lot of orders from my condo assoc. I learned a lot from your site, thx!

Hello,

I agree that with this combination of attachments, you could have either the S351-28 , with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-28 , with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. Also, make sure not to include the metal tab of the tape measure, which can throw off the measurement. You'll also need a 2730 spring strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you!
