House has Kinco windows. Replacing parts for non tilt channel balances. Have determined parts expect for piece shown in pictures that attaches to edge and helps guide window. Can you identify and do you carry this part?

I'm afraid we haven't been able to find a closer match to your face guide. The 67-026 appears to be the best match we have at this time. Can you go into more detail on why it didn't install? Did the third leg interfere in some way?
