Kinro Balance Rope Broke

Question

My window is a Kinro window, on a Clayton Home purchased in 2019. The rope for the channel balancer broke on the right side. The lower window measures 44.25 wide and 28.5 high. I will replace both  balancers but need to know the size of balancer recommended. It's a double pane window.

Thanks for posting. To recommend a replacement balance, I'll need to see photos of your original hardware. I am looking to see any attachments that might be on the balance or that could have been left behind in the window channel. I'll also need to know any stamps/markings from the balance.
