Kinro Blance Sash

Question

Hi I am trying to order a new sash & need help. My windows are 45"x 58" non titling Kinro vinyl windows. The balance is 27" long. Our house was built in 2005. Sorry for the crappy pictures.

Hello! Don't worry, your pictures are great. Most of the time we get pictures someone accidentally took of their foot, so these are well above par.

I believe you have either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these is the depth of your bottom fitting. You might have the S385-27, which has the larger 1-3/32" deep bottom fitting. You should measure it just to be sure, though.
