Kinro Brand Windows - balance sash replacement

Question

Have Kinro brand windows.  Caldwell series?  Need to replace the balance sashes.  1/2 " with 26 4 KR stamped on them.  Can you tell me what to purchase?

Thanks for posting your inquiry to us. Your balance looks similar to both our S380-27 and S385-27. When going over these parts, please focus your main attention to the bottom balance shoe. Although they look identical, there is a subtle difference in the measurement of the shoe. Refer to the diagram below for further details. Compare yours to ours to see which balance will work for you. Either one you choose will use a 2640 option.
