Kinro Window Replacement Parts

Question

I do not have any pictures of them installed because I have 5 windows and they all have fallen out. They are series 1500 single hung. The best I can read of the markings on the item are 26-3 CK 5 CMC 6. They are all faded. The metal part of the item is 27 inches. Is the 27" Series 385 Channel Balance the appropriate piece to order. (Product Code S385-7)

Thanks for posting. See the S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp option choose 2630.
