I have a roughly 28.5 x 57 window that I need to repair. Attached are photos of the piece that came out as I was attempting to close the window. The metal piece measures 27".

This looks like either an S380-27 or S385-27 to me, depending on the bottom nylon shoe depth. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case you'll need a stamp option of 2640.
