Kinro window balance

Question

I am looking for a replacement window balance for a Kinro window I have. The length of the channel is 27 inches. The lower plastic piece appears to be 1 and 3/32". The spring has a green paint mark in the middle of it. The printed number on the channel is 26-3 KN5 CMC 8

Thanks for posting. If both the top and bottom fittings have wings, or side tabs, and if the depth of the bottom nylon fitting is 1-3/32" (see the diagram below for reference), then you have an S385-27. For a stamp option choose 2630. Let me know if you have further questions.
